We would like to share the latest information pertaining to changes in our carnival for this year.

We are not having anything on Thursday, August 13, 2020.

Friday, August 14, 2020 we will have drive thru food only (similar to our last two chicken bar b ques). We will serve 4 pm till 8 pm unless we sell out for the day prior to that time. Food offerings for Friday are: Hot Beef Dinner, Hot Turkey Dinner, Hot Dog, Ham and Bean Soup.

Saturday, August 15, 2020 we will again have drive thru food only. We will serve Noon till 8 pm unless we sell out for the day prior to that time. Saturday food offerings are: Hot Beef Dinner, Hot Turkey Dinner, Sausage Sandwich, Hot Dog, Chicken Corn Soup

Everything is first come first served. We will post drive through directions as soon as we have that plan worked out.

Soup will be for sale by the quart or gallon only and will be pre-packaged for safety. If you bring your own glass quart or gallon container, it will be exchanged (not returned), then washed/sterilized and used at a later time.

To keep the drive thru line moving efficiently, we would appreciate if you checked the advertised prices and planned payment accordingly, if possible [i.e. 1 beef dinner ($8), 1 turkey dinner ($8), and 1 qt of soup ($6) = $22]

If you are purchasing SOUP ONLY please follow the blue directions. Start at the WFC billboard at 74 and Carroll St past the firehouse, turn left on Community St and stop a the soup shack.

If you are purchasing FOOD ONLY or food and soup please follow the red directions. Start at the WFC billboard at 74 and Carroll St, turn right onto Lisburn Rd, turn left into Frontier Days (fire police will be directing), travel through Frontier Days grounds across Carroll St to our gravel parking lot, turn right and cross small bridge to place your order.

We are very thankful for your continued support in these new fundraising endeavors. If you are unable to physically participate in these events, we do offer a PayPal donate now button on the left side of the main page.

At this time, we need to please ask everyone to discontinue the glassware donations for the dime pitch. We are happy with what has been donated in the past, however since we are not having traditional carnival this year we are unfortunately out of storage room.
