We had perfect weather for our 73rd Annual Carnival this year. The Officers and members of the Wellsville Fire Company and Ladies Auxiliary would like to extend our sincere gratitude for everyone who helped with the preparations leading up to and during carnival as well as the community for coming out to participate in our largest annual fundraiser.
